My favorite dessert
Chocolate brownie
Ingredients:
-dark chocolate - 180 g
-butter - 120 g
-eggs - 4
-sugar - 200 g
-cocoa - 75 g
-flour - 75 g
-baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:
1. Combine butter and dark chocolate. Melt until smooth. To do this, you can use a water bath or microwave.
2.Beat eggs and sugar.You should get good foam.
3.Gently mix chocolate and butter with eggs and sugar.
4.At the very end, sift the cocoa and flour. At the end add baking powder.
5.Knead the dough gently with a spatula.
6.Pour into molds and bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees until fully cooked. The main thing is not to overdry the product.
7.Mix white chocolate and heavy cream for icing
8.Top with white ganache frosting and a couple of marshmallows.
